Refund Policy

At The Lunari, we offer a smooth and hassle-free return process for all customers. To start a return, please use our dedicated returns portal β€” only items submitted through this portal will be accepted.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and free of odors, marks, or stains.

  • All tags and protective packaging must remain intact.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and include proof of purchase.

  • Items on sale or marked as β€œFinal Sale” are not eligible for return.

  • Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Items purchased with a discount code can only be returned for store credit or an exchange.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned.


Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus a $10 fee for the prepaid return label
    (this fee is waived for store credit or exchanges).

  • As an independent retailer, refunds are processed manually. Please allow up to 14 business days from the date your return reaches our warehouse.

  • Orders placed using installment payment services (e.g., Afterpay) remain subject to the original agreement.


Exchanges

  • We offer both standard and instant exchanges.

  • Instant exchanges require pre-authorization on your credit card.

  • Exchanged items can be returned one time only and will qualify only for store credit.

  • International customers may return items for store credit and repurchase their desired item.


International Orders

  • Prepaid return labels are not available for customers outside the U.S.

  • International customers must return items to the designated address and will receive store credit once processed.


Defective Items & Order Errors

  • Any defects or errors must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please contact us immediately with photo or video proof so our team can assist you.


Return Instructions

  1. Access our returns portal and follow the guided steps.

  2. Print your return label (if applicable) and prepare your package.

  3. Include the return form and drop off the package with the carrier.

  4. Once received and inspected, your return will be processed within 7–10 business days.
